Terms of Service
The agreement between Vize and the customer organisation.

1. The service
Vize provides a multi-tenant SaaS for visitor parking compliance. The customer is the organisation that creates an account.
2. Acceptable use
You will not use Vize to harass visitors, collect data outside the stated purpose, or issue enforcement actions without lawful authority. Misuse will result in suspension.
3. Roles and authority
The customer is responsible for assigning roles correctly. The customer warrants that committee or manager users have authority to issue notices and authorise tows.
4. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. 14-day notice applies to plan changes. Pilot customers are billed only on conversion.
5. Data ownership
The customer owns its data. We process it under the Privacy Policy and DPA.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for towing decisions made by your contractor.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination we provide a full export and delete data within 60 days.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
